Fill in all the required details in the prescribed format for empanelment. Complete both Personal Details and Professional & Bank Details sections.
Upload scanned copies of your Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Salary Certificate (PDF/JPG, max 2 MB each). Ensure documents are clear and legible.
Provide the Authority Name & Email for verification purposes. The authority will be contacted for verification of your details.
Submit the application. You will receive an Application Number for future reference. You can track your application status from the dashboard after login.
