Why do I need to update my Email and Mobile number?
Updating these details ensures that all future communications, OTPs, and Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) notifications reach the authorized person of the institute directly and securely.
What should I do if I don't receive the OTP?
Please wait for at least 2 minutes. If the OTP still doesn't arrive, check your Spam folder (for email) or ensure you have a stable network (for mobile). You can also try clicking the "Resend OTP" button if available.
Is it mandatory to complete the CAPTCHA?
Yes. The CAPTCHA verification is a security measure to prevent automated bots from accessing or altering your institute's sensitive information.
How do I find my File Number?
Your File Number is mentioned in the recognition letter issued by the NCTE or in your previous PAR submission records.
What if my institute's name is not appearing in the dropdown?
First, ensure you have selected the correct State. If it still doesn't appear, your institute's record might not be updated in the digital database. Please use the "Query/Grievance" section to report this.
Are the changes reflected immediately?
Once you verify both the Email and Mobile OTPs and click "Save", your profile will be submitted to Regional Committee for review.

For any technical difficulties, you may contact to designated Nodal Person or may raise a tciket by clicking "Query/Grievance" tab in the sidebar.
