RESTORATION ORDER

WHEREAS, recognition was granted to the institution namely, Smt Gulabi Devi Teachers Training College, located at Area Type: Survey, Plot No: Plot No-31, Street/Road: Street No.-31, Village/Town: Redwalia, Post Office: Farendakhurd, Taluka/Mandal/Block: Mankapur, City: Gaura Chauki, District: GONDA, State: UTTAR PRADESH, PIN Code: 271312, for conducting D.El.Ed course with an intake of 50 seats vide Order No. NRC/NCTE/NRCAPP-2566/218th Meeting/59354-360 dated 19-09-2013.

AND WHEREAS, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) had mandated the submission of the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) for the Academic Sessions 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

AND WHEREAS, the recognition of the institution was withdrawn by the Northern Regional Committee Regional Committee vide Order No. NCTE/2025/NRC/PAR/ORDER/NRCAPP-2566 dated 29-05-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Withdrawal Order") on the stated ground of non-submission of the mandatory PAR within the stipulated timeline.

AND WHEREAS, aggrieved by the said Withdrawal Order, the institution preferred a Writ Petition before the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi being W.P.(C) No. W.P.(C)-11850/2025 CM APPL. 48409/2025 CM APPL. 48410/2025 titled SMT GULABI DEVI TEACHERS TRAINNING COLLEGE vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr.

AND WHEREAS, the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, vide its Common Order dated 15-12-2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. W.P.(C)-11850/2025 CM APPL. 48409/2025 CM APPL. 48410/2025 and connected batch matters (including the petition filed by the institution herein), was pleased to dispose of the petitions. The Hon'ble Court, taking note of the opportunity being provided by the NCTE for submission of PAR, directed the restoration of recognition of the petitioner institutions to enable them to avail the said opportunity.

NOW THEREFORE, in compliance with the order of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi dated 15-12-2025 in W.P.(C) No. W.P.(C)-11850/2025 CM APPL. 48409/2025 CM APPL. 48410/2025 and connected matters, the Northern Regional Committee hereby RESTORES the recognition of Smt Gulabi Devi Teachers Training College, located at Area Type: Survey, Plot No: Plot No-31, Street/Road: Street No.-31, Village/Town: Redwalia, Post Office: Farendakhurd, Taluka/Mandal/Block: Mankapur, City: Gaura Chauki, District: GONDA, State: UTTAR PRADESH, PIN Code: 271312, for conducting D.El.Ed with an intake of 50 seats.
