RESTORATION ORDER

WHEREAS, recognition was granted to the institution namely, VSK College of Education, located at Area Type: Survey, Plot No: 35/1, Street/Road: Pulivalam, Village/Town: Pulivalam, Post Office: Pulivalam, Taluka/Mandal/Block: Thirumayam Taluk, City: Pudukottai, District: PUDKKOTTAI, State: TAMIL NADU, PIN Code: 622507, for conducting D.El.Ed course with an intake of 100 seats vide Order No. 128967 dated 01-11-2021.

AND WHEREAS, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) had mandated the submission of the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) for the Academic Sessions 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

AND WHEREAS, the recognition of the institution was withdrawn by the Southern Regional Committee Regional Committee vide Order No. NCTE/2025/SRC/PAR/ORDER/SRCAPP2008/ dated 04-06-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Withdrawal Order") on the stated ground of non-submission of the mandatory PAR within the stipulated timeline.

AND WHEREAS, aggrieved by the said Withdrawal Order, the institution preferred a Writ Petition before the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi being W.P.(C) No. 11824 titled VSK College of Education vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr.

AND WHEREAS, the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, vide its Common Order dated 15-12-2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11824 and connected batch matters (including the petition filed by the institution herein), was pleased to dispose of the petitions. The Hon'ble Court, taking note of the opportunity being provided by the NCTE for submission of PAR, directed the restoration of recognition of the petitioner institutions to enable them to avail the said opportunity.

NOW THEREFORE, in compliance with the order of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi dated 15-12-2025 in W.P.(C) No. 11824 and connected matters, the Southern Regional Committee hereby RESTORES the recognition of VSK College of Education, located at Area Type: Survey, Plot No: 35/1, Street/Road: Pulivalam, Village/Town: Pulivalam, Post Office: Pulivalam, Taluka/Mandal/Block: Thirumayam Taluk, City: Pudukottai, District: PUDKKOTTAI, State: TAMIL NADU, PIN Code: 622507, for conducting D.El.Ed with an intake of 100 seats.
