About Yourself: Mr. Pradeep Kumar began his educational career as a Physics Lecturer in an intermediate college and was later selected for the Provincial Education Service. Over the years, he has held several key positions including Principal, Joint Secretary at the Board of School Education, and Regional Director at NIOS (on deputation). He has also served as Head of Department (HoD) and Chief Education Officer, later rising to the roles of Joint Director and Additional Director (I/C) at SCERT. A visionary leader, he played a pivotal role in the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020, particularly in the development of the State Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (SCF-FS) and School Education (SCF-SE).
