About Yourself: Professor Naveen Gupta is the Director of Hindustan Institute, SGI, and holds a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee. With over 34 years of experience as a corporate trainer, he has contributed extensively to industry-academia collaboration and human resource development. He is the founder of Soldiers of Society, a social initiative in Agra focused on improving the lives of auto-wallas and jail inmates. Dr. Gupta has represented India across several countries through training and academic assignments. He is also the author of two books and serves as the Chief Editor of two academic journals.
