About Yourself: Pallavi Sharma, Principal of Mamta Modern Sr. Sec. School, has made remarkable contributions to education through innovative leadership and dedication. Under her guidance, the school has achieved significant milestones, including the school has been selected by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs as a Khelo India Centre for Football and Basketball in 2020, and recognized as the only such centre in North India. Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) was established in 2018, leading to multiple awards including the ATL School of the Month and the ATL Wall of Fame Award. A Math and Science Park was developed along with the establishment of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Laboratory, SAATHI CLUB, KHUSHISHALA- A HAPPINESS LAB and implementation of the Zero Waste Project named SAMANVAY. She has also contributed to the professional development of educators through workshops and authored numerous journals and educational content, furthering her impact in the field of education. In recognition of her leadership, the school has been awarded with School of Innovation Award at Youth Ideathon Award 2023.
