About Yourself: I am Dr. Debashis Dutta, and I completed my Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. At present, I serve as a Lecturer (W.B.G.S., Group A) in the Department of Food Processing Technology at Mirmadan Mohanlal Government Polytechnic, West Bengal. As a teacher, I believe mentoring is not just guidance—it is responsibility. Through continuous participation in FDPs under AICTE and the Ministry of Education, I strive to refine my teaching methods remain adaptable.
